"Dance is the hidden language of the Soul."
Martha Graham

“I truly loved Roxane’s dance classes.
She brings such beautiful, kind energy — full of good vibes and joy!
You come as you are, for yourself, and to share this wonderful energy with her and the other participants.
The classes are perfectly balanced between cardio, toning, and dance!
At the end, you’re literally sweating — but also glowing with happiness and well-being, because you’ve spent this time fully reconnected to your body.”

A room. The music starts… and everything transforms.

A wave of energy fills me — the desire to move, to let go, and to share a unique moment with my group.
Here, we forget about daily life — work, meals to prepare, appointments, responsibilities.
We let go of comparisons and of “Am I doing it right?” to simply enjoy the present moment. In this class, there’s no pressure to perform, no level to reach.
No stress — only pleasure, movement, and love for your body.Because when you relax, your body relaxes too.
And when it releases stress, it gives you back new energy.
Your body is wise — it knows.Life already brings enough challenges.
Here, we drop the overcontrol, pause the mind, and give ourselves a true moment of well-being.

How does the class unfold?

  • We begin with a gentle warm-up.
  • Then we have fun with simple and playful choreographies, always clearly explained.
  • We strengthen the body with mini dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat.
  • We alternate intensity and softness, always respecting our own limits.
  • We finish with a calm and relaxing cool-down.

It’s a space to recharge, sweat, smile, and reconnect with yourself.
So — are you ready to join me with your mini dumbbells and your mat?

Q & A

Can I come even if I don’t know how to dance? I’m afraid I’ll feel lost…
Of course, you can!
In my class, we don’t look for perfection — we focus on feeling good with ourselves.
We laugh, we support each other, and we grow together.
At the beginning, I’ll break down the steps so you can easily learn the choreographies, and I’ll always give clear cues.
After just a few classes (usually 3–4), you’ll start feeling much more comfortable — and the more you come, the more you’ll notice your progress.

Do I have to do everything exactly like you?
Excellent question!
Actually, no — you don’t have to do anything exactly like me.
Let me explain: during choreographies with mini dumbbells or elastic bands, you’re totally free to use the equipment… or not!
Another example: if a choreography feels a bit intense and your body needs a break, listen to it — slow down, take a pause, and join back in when you’re ready.
Left foot instead of right? No problem — we laugh and keep going!
I even once had a participant who loved to go freestyle during part of a routine, and that was absolutely OK 😉

What kind of music do you play?
There’s a big variety depending on what inspires me — pop, reggaeton, soca, afro, zouk, kompa, and more.
But I promise, every song will make you want to move!
